摘 要:目的了解深圳特区小儿家长对常见小儿急症的看护知识、态度、行为水平及家长知识来源、就诊意向,为进一步制定科学有效的社区干预措施提供依据。方法采用自制问卷,对180名1~5岁小儿家长进行小儿急症知识来源、就诊意向及看护知识、态度、行为的问卷调查。结果小儿家长的知识、态度、行为及格率分别为71.11%、92.22%、68.33%,不同文化程度、职业家长其知识、行为评分比较,差异有显著性意义(均P〈0.01)。家长最想了解的急症知识依次为紧急处理、家庭护理常识、致病因素、常用药选择、送院指征;家长知识来源依次为医护人员、科普书籍、自身经验,来自社区护士仅13人,占7.22%;家长认为最佳的知识获取途径为社区健康中心热线电话、针对性科普手册等。结论家长需要获取常见小儿急症看护知识,其知识、行为有待提高,应充分发挥社区职能,多途径、针对性地对家长进行小儿急症看护知识与行为的教育。Objective To investigate the present situation of knowledge, attitude and practice as well as its related factors of children's guardians on common childhood emergency in Shenzhen special economic zone. Methods Self-developed questionnaire was used to investigate 180 guardians. Results Passing rates of scores of knowledge, attitude and practice were 71.11%, 92. 22% and 68.33% respectively. Edueation level and occupation were related factors of knowledge and practice of guardians (all P〈0.01). What they mostly wanted to know in turn were emergency measures, family nursing, pathogenic factor, normal medicine, indications of deliver hospital. Knowledge stems from doctors and nurses, popular science readings and experiences in turn. The best way to obtain knowledge they thought were from hot line of community healthy care centre, popular science readings. Conclusion Guardians need knowledge about common childhood emergency, and knowledge and practice of the guardians have yet to be improved. Community nurses should take the important role to educate guardians how to look after their children in emergency through various ways.
