摘  要:以交联剂(HCHO)将海藻酸钠(SA)与阴离子聚丙烯酰胺(APAM)进行交联,用红外光谱和扫描电镜做膜成分与形态表征,测定了膜制备溶液的粘度和膜的含水率、总离子交换容量及温度、酸碱浓度对膜溶胀度的影响,将SA-APAM膜应用于电解制备高铁酸盐。实验结果表明,质量分数配比为1%PAM-3%SA时制备的SA-APAM膜能有效地阻止FeO42-向阴极室扩散,同时阴极室中生成的OH-及时地补充了阳极室中OH-的消耗。Sodium alginate and anion polyacrylamide were crossed by HCHO. The effects of the viscosity of the preparation solution, water ratio, total ion exchange capacity, temperature and acid-base concentration on the swelling ratio of membrane SA-APMA were investigated. SA-APAM membrane was characterized by means of FTIR and SEM and applied in electro-generated ferrate. The experiment results show that SA-APAM membrane of 1% PAM-3% SA could prevent FeO4^2- diffusion to cathode chamber and the OH^- consumed in the anode chamber could be continuously feeded from cathode chamber.
