摘　　要：老年人是失眠的高发人群,失眠是由多因素引发的,通过加强对老年人群失眠的认识,采取有效的治疗和护理,积极改善老年人群的睡眠状态,可以明显恢复老年人的体力,改善其精神状态,有利于老年人生活质量的提高。The elder is the high occurrence rate people, insomnia is caused by many factors. To strength the cognition of elder, carry out effective treatment and nursing, promote the statue of sleeping can resume elder strength, promote their emotion statue, height the life quality of elder.
