湛江地区部分女性骨密度影响因素的调查研究

摘　　要：目的探讨湛江地区妇女骨密度值的影响因素,为下一步骨质疏松干预研究提供参考。方法对340例20岁以上的妇女采用Osteospace全干式超声波骨密度仪测定足跟骨密度并进行问卷调查,对所获得的资料进行分析。结果年龄、绝经年数、饮食习惯、是否有过跌倒史、是否有过骨折史、既往病史中患高血压、糖尿病疾病等6个因素对骨密度值产生影响。结论高龄、绝经时间长、饮食习惯、有跌倒史、骨折史,既往患高血压、糖尿病疾病等6个因素是影响湛江地区妇女骨密度值的重要因素。Objective To explore the influence factor to Gumidu in female of Zhanjiang area, which will be acquired for consult of the following research on osteoporosis interference. Methods The calcaneus Gumidu was measured from over 20 years old female by all dry-type ultrasound Gumidu Osteospace, and statistical analysis was also carried out based on the questionnaire. Results Gumidu value may be changed owing to 6 factors, such as age, post - menopausal period, diet, fall and fractural history , past history of hypertension and diabetes. Conclusion Eld, long years menopause, diet, fall and fractural history, past history of hypertension and diabetes are significant influence factors to Gumidu in female population of Zhanjiang area.
