护患非语言沟通在纤维支气管镜诊疗术中应用

摘　　要：目的探讨非语言护患沟通技巧对行纤维支气管镜（以下简称纤支镜）诊疗术中应用效果。方法选取2005年2～6月，在我医院行纤支镜诊疗术98例，随机分成观察组与对照组。观察组采取术中护患非语言沟通方法，对照组术中采用常规的（传统的）语言沟通法。结果观察组各项客观监测指标明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论纤支镜诊疗术中采用非语言沟通的方法。可减轻因纤支镜诊疗术给病人带来的血氧饱和度下降，气道通气不足与心率脉搏增快等不适而引起病人躁动、叫喊等现象。Objective To discuss the effect of application of communication between paramedic and sufferer for the surgery with branchofibroscope. Methods The 98 cases accepting the surgery with branchofibroscope in our hospital is randomly divided to two group-the group for Observation set , which accept the way of unlingua Ⅰ communication, the group for control, which accept the traditional way with unlingual communication. Results The each objective index of the group for Observation set is obviously better than the control group （P 〈0. 01 ） . Conclusion Application of unlingual communication between paramedic and sufferer can lighten the drop of the saturation of the blood oxygenation due to the surgery with branchofibroscope and the phenomenon of mania and cry due to insufficiency of air in trachea and the improving of the rate of heart and pulse.
