摘　　要：首先给出了移动IP技术的介绍,然后较为深入地阐述了地址绑定、数据包转发等技术,最后对移动IP技术的应用和实施作了一些讨论,并提出了对移动IP技术的展望和应解决的问题。This paper. Firstly, it gave the description of mobile IP technology, then elaborated the technologies such as address binding and data package transmission deeply, and lastly canvassed the use and the actualization of mobile IP technology. Furthermore, the expectation of mobile IP technology and the questions that should be solved were brought forward.
