从财务失败预警指标到建立国际筹资规模预警指标体系的思考

摘　　要：在复杂多变的市场环境下,企业为了实现财务的目标而不至于导致财务失败可以运用财务失败预警指标来预测。同样地,在国际市场上利用国际资源的时候也需要建立一套指标体系来预测国际筹资的风险程度。对企业来讲,两者有着相同与不同之处。重要的是,我们可以看出,财务战略的发展和运用对企业长期的发展有着不容忽视的作用。Under the influence of the complicated and changeable market, every enterprise is not always lucky. In order to realize the financial goal, early-warning indexes of the financial affairs can be used to predict whether financial affairs fail or not. Similarly, it is necessary to establish a set of index systems to predict the risk degree of international fund-raising while utilizing international resources in the international market . To enterprises, there are similarities and differences between early-warning indexes of financial affairs and early-warning index systems of international fund-raising. The most important is, as we can see, the development and application of financial strategy nlav a very imoortant Dart in the lon-term development of enterprises.
