摘　　要：目的:对三部推拿法治疗心脾两虚型不寐的疗效进行多中心临床评价。方法:将166例患者采用多中心随机对照方法分为试验组(84例)、对照组(82例)。试验组采用三部推拿法即头部、腹部、背部穴位按摩为主,每日1次;对照组口服归脾丸,每次8粒,每日3次。连续治疗15天观察疗效。结果:试验组痊愈67例,显效11例,有效3例,无效3例;对照组痊愈10例,显效21例,有效29例,无效22例。两组疗效比较,差异有极显著性意义(P<0·001)。两组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数总积分改善情况、失眠症焦虑量表标准分改善情况、失眠症抑郁量表标准分改善情况比较,试验组优于对照组(P<0·001)。结论:三部推拿法治疗心脾两虚型不寐的疗效确切,方法安全,具有很强的可操作性和推广价值。Objective To make multi-central clinical evaluation for three-part massage therapy for treatment of insomnia of deficiency of both the heart and spleen. Methods One hundred and sixty-six cases were randomly divided into a test group （n =84） and a control group （n=82）. Multi-central, randomized and controlled methods were adopted. The test group were treated by the three-part massage therapy, i.e. acupoints at the head, abdomen and back were massaged, once each day; and the control group by oral administration of Guipi Pills （归脾丸）, 8 pills each time, thrice daily. The treatment was given for 15 consecutive days and then the therapeutic effects were ob served. Results Sixty-seven cases were cured, 11 markedly effective, 3 effective, and 3 ineffective in the test group, and the corresponding figures were 10, 21, 29 and 22 in the control group with a very significant difference between the two groups （P〈0. 001）. The test group was superior to the control group in improvement for Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI）, Sleepless Anxiety Scale （SAS） and Sleepless Depression Scale （SDS） （P〈 0. 001）. Conclusion The three-part massage therapy has definite therapeutic effect on insomnia of deficiency of both the heart and spleen with safety.
