层次分析法在建立工程目标体系中的应用

摘　　要：根据工程项目一次性、不确定性和高风险性等特点,阐述了工程项目目标管理的概念及内涵。在构建工程项目管理目标系统结构模型的基础上,提出了工程项目目标系统中各层次子目标优先顺序的确定原则;并运用实例对层次分析法的运用作了说明。According to the characteristics of one-off, uncertainty and high tasks m engineering, me concepuon and meaning of engineering objective management are discussed. It sets up the model of the structure of engineering objective management system; meanwhile, the principle of confirming priority in engineering objective management system is clarified; and the application of AHP is specified by using actual engineering example.
