论草食畜牧业在循环经济中的功能与增值对策

摘　　要：论述了草食家畜在持续农业循环经济中,对资源转化、环境净化、促进农牧产业高产稳产、增值增效及协调发展等方面的主要功能;提出了在发展草食畜牧产业循环经济中,应遵循经济原则和规律,抓好人才培养、基地建设与产业结构升级、资源配置、环境保护、生产绿色优质食品、质量监督、效益评价和政策法律等方面的增值对策。the fundamental effects of ruminant animal husbandry on the resource transtormation, environment protection, high and efficient production of animal agriculture, and coordinate development in the sustainable agricultural circulareconomy were discussed in the review. It was proposed that in the circular economy of ruminant animal husbandry, the value-adding countermeasures including personnel training, base construction, upgrading of industry, resource allocation, environment protection, green food production, quality control, and policy-making ere. should be emphasized according to the economic principles and rules.
