摘　　要：汽车底盘润滑脂是一种专用润滑脂,用十二羟基硬脂酸和三压硬脂酸等为稠化剂,稠化高粘度润滑油而制成的混合锂-钙基润滑脂,兼有锂基、钙基润滑脂的优点。采用一步法皂化工艺,同时添加了防锈、抗氧等添加剂,并考察了添加剂的配伍性,生产出具有良好的防水性、防锈性和抗氧性的润滑脂产品。其质量指标符合玉炼预定企业标准。The automobile chassis grease, which is a kind of special grease, is developed by taking the high viscosity mineral oil as base oil and the stearic acid and 12 - hydroxy stearic acid as thickener, with one - stage saponification process, and simultaneously adding the antirust additive, antioxidant and so on. It is a mixed lithium- calcium grease with both merits of the lithium base grease and calcium base grease, with good water resistance, rust - preventive property and oxidation resistance. The developed products can meet the require- ments of the enterprise standard of Yumen Petroleum Processing and Chemical Complex.
