摘 要:采用无皂乳液,自由基聚合的方法,分别制备了水溶性富勒烯衍生物C60/丙烯酸/丙烯酸丁酯(C60/AA/BA)无皂乳液和C60/聚-2-丙烯酰胺-甲基丙磺酸(C60/PAM PS)。TEM分析表明,C60/AA/BA无皂乳液中分散着粒径约为30 nm^50 nm的成串的纳米微球,C60/PAM PS的形貌为球形分散体,平均粒径为40 nm^50 nm左右。近红外和紫外分析表明,将水溶性C60衍生物应用在隔热、透明、节能水性涂料的研制方面具有潜在的应用前景。In this paper, two water-soluble C60 derivatives (C60/AA/BA, C600/PAMPS for short)were synthesized successfully with acrylic,butyl acrylate and 2-(acrylamide)-propyl sulfonic acid at temperature of 65 centigrade degree along with a strong mechanical stirring through free radical polymerization . From the TEM morphologies of these two C60 derivatives , the nanoballs with average diameter of 30 nm~50 nm and 40 nm~50 nm uniformly dispersed in the water solution, respectively. The transmittance of near-infrared ranging from 4000 cm^-1 to 12000 cm^-1 obviously decreased to 56% for C60/PAMPS and 61% for C60/AA/BA while the transmittance number of blank silex is 91%; the transmittance of uv-vis at the range of 200 nm to 400 nm slightly declines close to 80% for both derivatives compared to the number of 92% for the blank silex. The above-mentioned results show that these novel materials are highly potential in many applications as an anti-near-infrared/ultraviolet coatings.
