摘  要:采用改性三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐阻燃玻纤增强尼龙6,考察了阻燃材料的阻燃性能、加工流变性能、力学性能及热变形温度,分析了该阻燃剂的作用机理。In this paper, a modified nitrogen flame retardants MCA was used for flame retardancy of glass fiber reinforced PA6. The flame retardancy, mechanical properties, melt flow index and heat-distortion temperature were tested to evaluate the comprehensive performance of thecorresponding flame retarded materials. The results show that modified MCA can effectively overcome 'candle wick' effects caused by glass fiber and possesses much better flame retardancy to glass fiber reinforced PA6 as compared to traditional MCA, meanwhile well keeps other material performance. This technology provides a novel approach to the fire-resistance of glass fiber reinforced PA6, showing a promising commercial application prospect.
