摘 要:研究了聚乙二醇(PEG)/纳米二氧化硅复合助剂对HDPE流变行为和力学性能的影响,结果表明,PEG和纳米二氧化硅复合使用时具有协同效应,明显提高了对基体树脂的降黏性能,而且还可明显提高基体的拉伸强度、模量和断裂伸长率。The porous nano-SiO2 was blended with polyethylene glycol (PEG) to prepare binary processing aid and the effect of binary processing aid on the melt flow properties and mechanical properties were studied. On one band, it was exhibited by the experiments that the HDPE melt viscosity is increased by the addition of nano-SiO2 but is decreased by the addition of nano-SiO2/PEG binary processing aid or PEG. It was also found that the viscosity reduction of HDPE with addition of nano SiO2/PEG binary processing aid is significantly greater than that obtained with the addition of only PEG. On the other hand, the mechanical properties of HDPE are increased such as the tensile strength, young's modulus and elongation to break by adding nano- SiO2/PEG binary processing aid.
