摘 要:用原位聚合的方法制备了聚氨酯/蒙脱土复合物,讨论了蒙脱土对复合物性能的影响,结果表明,当蒙脱土填料的质量百分含量为2%时,PU/OM T纳米复合材料的综合力学性能达到最佳,与空白PU相比,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别提高了110.0%和27.9%。动态力学温度分析得出复合材料的玻璃化温度向高温方向偏移了6.8℃,其贮能模量和损耗模量在低温区有显著的增长。DTA和溶胀试验表明PU/OM T纳米复合材料的热稳定性能和耐溶胀性能得到明显的改善。FT-IR图谱中2268 cm-1的-NHCOO吸收峰的出现和3623 cm-1的-OH吸收峰变弱,证明OM T表面的羟基与TD I的异氰酸基发生了接枝反应。Polyurethane / Montmorillonite(PU/OMT) nanocomposites was prepared via in situ polymerization 9 and the effects of OMT on the properties of composites were investigated. The results show PU nanocomposites with 2% OMT exhibits the best overall mechanical properties. Its tensile strength and elongation at break increased 110. 0% and 27. 9% respectively. It can be know from the result of dynamic mechanics temperature analysis (DMTA) that glass transition temperature of composite increases 6.8℃, and its store modulus E' and loss modulus E" has remarkably increase at a low temperature range compared with those of pure PU. DTA and swelling tests indicate the thermal stability and the solvent resistance of PU/OMT nanocomposites are apparently increased. It can be observed from the FT-IR spectrum that the-NHCOO absorption peak at 2268 cm^-1 appears and -OH absorption peak at 3623 cm^-1 weakens due to the reaction between-OH group of OMT and -NCO group of TDI, the fact shows that OMT has been grafted with TDI.
