摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导在经皮肾穿刺造瘘术中的价值。方法分析使用B型超声线阵扫描探头实时引导,配以穿刺导向器,行经皮肾穿刺造瘘手术97例112侧肾的资料。结果112侧肾1次穿刺成功率为98%,满意放置导管造瘘成功率为96%,无严重并发症。结论实时超声引导下行经皮肾穿刺造瘘术成功率高、创伤小、安全、可靠。Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound guided percutaneous nephrostomy. Methods The record of 97 patients with percutaneous nephrostomy performed under ultrasound guidance were retrospectively analyzed. Results The successful rate of the introduced needle lip correctly positioned at the target point inside the kidney was 98% , and the catheter placed satisfactorily was 96%. No serious complications were found. Conclusions A high successful rate and less trauma were merits of the procedure. The technique is elaimed to be safe and reliabe.
