摘 要:研究了超细纳米晶软磁FeCuNbSiB粉体在水、无水乙醇、环氧树脂中的超声波分散工艺。结果表明:采用频率80kHz、功率4kW的超声波,在水溶液中最佳分散剂为2%油酸钠或1%水基特种分散剂,在无水乙醇溶液中,含量为2%的KH550分散体系的超声波分散效果最好;当超声波分散时间小于90min时,超声波处理时间越长,磁粉体在水溶液和无水乙醇溶液中的分散效果越好。当水基特种分散剂的体积分数为1%时,利用高能球磨工艺先分散60min后,再超声波分散90min,取得最好的分散效果,磁粉体的平均粒径达最小值5.7μm;当分散剂KH550的体积分数为2%,分散时间90min时,粒子在无水乙醇中平均粒径达到最小值5.6μm;在环氧树脂中分散时,含量为1%的KH550分散剂的分散效果最好,当分散时间90min时,粉体的平均粒径达到最小值7.5μm。Technologies of ultrasonic dispersion of ultrafine nanocrystal FeCuNbSiB powder in water, alcohol and epoxy resin were investigated. The result shows that, by the way of ultrasonic frequency 80kHz and power 4kW, the dispersion effect of 2 percent oleic acid-sodium or 1 percent water based special disperser in water solution, and 2 percent KH550 in ethanol solution is the most excellent. While the dispersion time being below 90min, the longer the ultrasonic dispersion time is, the more excellent the dispersion effect is. While the dispersion time being 90 min after ball milling 60 min, the volume fraction of water based special disperser being 1%, the dispersion effect is the best in water solution, the average-diameter of powders in water reaches the minimum of 5.7 μm. While the dispersion time being 90 min, the volume fraction of dispersion agent KHS50 being 2%, the average-diameter of powders in alcohol reaches the minimum of 5.6 μm. In epoxy resin, the dispersion effect of I percent KHS50 is the most excellent. While the dispersion time being 90 min, the average-diameter of powders in epoxy resin reaches the minimum of 7.5 μm.
