摘　　要：目的:探讨股骨头缺血坏死早期影像学诊断及介入疗法。材料与方法:回顾性分析58例病人的早期影像学表现,然后经旋股内、外动脉插管灌注溶通术介入治疗。结果:经临床观察有较好的疗效。结论:早期诊断,早期治疗,疗效较为满意。Purpose： To cvaluste the imaging diagnosis of femoral head ischemic necrosis in earlier period and interventional therapy. Materials and Methods： Imaging features of 58 eases were analyzed retrospectively , then all patients underwent the intubation intervention creatmerits including perfusion and diffluence via medial circumflex artery and lateral circulmflex artry. Results：The treatment effect is satisfactory which is confimed by clinic observation. Coclusion： The treatment effect would be satisfactory after diagnosis and trestment in earlier period.
