摘　　要：城市经营战略是城市为了求得持续稳定的发展,实现城市经营目标,从城市发展全局出发而做出较长时期的总体性经营谋划和根本对策。在简要分析城市经营战略构成主体的基础,对城市经营战略需要思考的问题进行了概括性总结,旨在加深和提高对城市经营战略的认识,促进城市经营的可持续性发展。The city management strategy is a long-standing operation scheme and basic countermeasure. The strategy embarks from the overall development of the urban in order to obtain the stable development and achieves the operation goal of the city. This article has briefly analyzed the structure of the urban governance strategy, and summarizes some relevant problems that should be considered for the purpose of deepening the and enhancing realization of the city management strategy and promotes the urban＇ sustainable development.
