摘  要:本文提出一种新型的抗肿瘤药物--顺磁纳米铁核素(PNINs),它具有超顺磁性、放射性活度和较好的磁导向功能的特点,在引导磁场的作用下可有效定位于靶区。根据PNINs的特点与靶向治疗的原理,给出了引导磁场的计算数学模型及计算公式。依据该计算方法进行计算机编程计算,由计算结果绘制出磁场的分布曲线。计算结果表明:在该引导磁场作用下,PNINs能被靶向到靶区,为实现顺磁纳米铁核素靶向治疗肿瘤的临床研究奠定了基础。This research is to provide a new "drug" that the paramagnetic radioactive isotopic nanometer-iron for treatment tumor, it have some characteristics comprising the paramagnetism and the radioactive activity, it can be located to the position of focus with three-dimensional rotating magnetic field. We gave the mathematical model and the expressions according to the characteristics of PNINs and the theory of the target treatment. We gained the distributing curve of the magnetic field by the programming and the computer simulation. The results showed that PNINs can be guided to the target areas, and that the particles of PNIN targeting, based on the effect Of rotary magnetic field, have considerable promise as an new and effective "drug" targeting therapy with many potential applications,
