摘 要:目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)患者血浆纤维蛋白降解产物(FDP)及与血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)相关性。方法对30例COPD患者治疗前后血PaCO2、血浆FDP及30例对照组的血浆FDP分别进行测定。结果与对照组相比,血浆FDP在COPD加重期患者明显升高,治疗后明显下降。血浆FDP与血PaCO2呈正相关(r=0.65,P<0.01)。结论COPD患者存在异常的凝血状态,血浆FDP增高与之有关。血PaCO2与血浆FDP增高呈正相关。改善通气和抗凝药物治疗可能有益于COPD患者的病情改善。Objective To evaluate the relationship of the change in plasma fibrinogen degration products(FDP)with PaCO2 in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods Plasma FDP level and PaCO2 were measured in 30 patients with COPD and in 30 controls. Results Compared with that in control group, plasma FDP level was apparently higher in the exacerbated patients, which decreased after treatment. Plasma FDP level was positively correlated with PaCO2 (r=0. 65, P〈 0. 01). Conclusion COPD patients have abnormal coagulation state,which may be related to the changes in plasma FDP level PaCO2 was positively correlated with the elevated plasma FDP level. To improve ventilation and use anti-coagulation treatment may be benifitial to COPD patients.
