摘 要:分析了烟囱与陶瓷管道特殊构件受明火燃烧及循环高温荷载条件下的应力与变形。参照德国工业标准DIN18160中的温度–时间曲线,在奥地利的燃烧中心进行了70余根陶瓷耐火管道的高温明火燃烧实验。测试了管道的温度–时间曲线,管道在高温荷载下的变形和陶瓷材料高温后的强度与弹性模量,并初步分析计算了陶瓷管道在高温下的变形和温度应力。研究表明:整套明火高温实验方案具有可行性,适合研究管道在高温荷载下的受热变形性能,管道径向变形的计算结果与实验结果相吻合。The stress and deformation of chimney and other special tube elements under fire and cyclic high-temperature loads are presented. According to the temperature-time curve in the German Guideline (DIN 18160) , the fire-burning tests were carried out in Austria on more than 70 ceramic fire-resistant pipes. The temperature-time curves, the deformation of the tubes under high-temperature loads, the strength, and the elastic modulus of the ceramic materials after burning were investigated. Also the temperature deformation and the temperature stress of the pipes were calculated and analyzed. The research indicates that the scheme of the high-temperature burning test is feasible and suitable to research the deformation behavior of the pipe under high-temperature loads. The calculation results on the radial deformation of the pipes tally with the experimental results.
