摘 要:采用反应熔体渗透工艺制备了短切纤维C/S iC与三维针刺C/S iC复合材料,在MM-1000型摩擦磨损试验机上考察了2种结构C/S iC复合材料在模拟飞机正常着陆时的摩擦磨损性能.结果表明:短切纤维C/S iC与三维针刺C/S iC刹车盘的平均摩擦系数分别为0.31和0.39,线磨损率分别小于1.2μm/次以及2.3μm/次,质量磨损率分别小于14 mg/次与19 mg/次;随着温度的升高,2种结构C/S iC复合材料的热扩散率均降低且较小,从而使得其摩擦曲线出现“翘尾”现象;由于三维针刺C/S iC复合材料在反应熔体渗透过程中纤维受到严重损伤,故在2种结构C/S iC刹车盘对摩时,三维针刺C/S iC刹车盘出现破坏性损坏,而短切纤维C/S iC刹车盘的结构完整性较好.Short fiber C/SiC and 3D needled C/SiC composites were fabricated by reactive melt infiltration. The friction and wear behaviors of two kinds of C/SiC composites with different structure were investigated on an MM- 1000 test rig, which was built to simulate airplane normal landing condition. Results showed that the friction coefficients of short fiber C/SiC and 3D needleded C/SiC brake disks were 0.31 and 0.39, the thickness loss was lower than 1.2 μm/cycle and 2.3 μm/cycle and mass loss was lower than 14 mg/cycle and 19 mg/cycle, respectively. The coefficient of friction increased at the end of braking test because of the lower of thermal diffusivity at higher temperature. 3D needleded C/SiC was destroyed during braking test, but the structure of short fiber C/SiC was kept well due to severe damage of 3D needleded C/SiC fiber during reactive melt infiltration.
