摘  要:目的探讨FK506对神经端侧吻合侧枝生长的影响。方法Wistar大白鼠26只,右侧腓总神经切断后,近端反转结扎,远端与胫神经外膜开窗处行端侧吻合,左侧作正常对照。术后动物分实验组和对照组,每组13只。于术后当天开始,实验组右小腿外侧肌肉注射生理盐水稀释的FK506(每日2mg/kg体重),连续2周,对照组注射等量的生理盐水。术后3个月,行双侧腓总神经、胫前肌组织学检查、胫前肌肌湿重测定及运动终板检查。结果实验组及对照组腓总神经均有一定程度的再神经化,实验组再生神经纤维数目、肌湿重、肌纤维截面积、运动终板的面积及着色均明显优于对照组。结论FK506对神经端侧吻合侧枝生长具有促进作用。Objective To study the effect of FK506 on peripheral nerve collateral generation after end-to-side anastomosis. Methods In 26 Wistar rats, peroneal nerve was transacted on the right side of all the animals. The proximal end of peroneal nerve was turned back and ligated, and the distal end was sutured to the side of tibial nerve with perineurial window. No operation was done on the left side. The animals were divided into two groups (each group having 13 animals). FK506 was injected into the right tibial muscle (2 mg/kg/d), once a day within 2 weeks in the experimental group, and saline was used in control group. Three months after operation, the peroneal nerve and the tibial muscle were taken out for histological exmination, and the muscle wet weight was examed. Results Peroneal nerve regenerated in both groups. In constrast, there was significant difference between the two groups in the number of regenerated nerve fiber, the muscle wet weight, the muscle fiber cross sectional area, and the moter endplate area and color. Conclusion FK506 can promote peripheral nerve collateral generation in end-to-side anastomosis.
