摘　　要：基于烧结工序取消热筛及其特征,构筑了烧结系统3个平衡,提出了系统平衡理念及其建立思想。叙述了该理念在马钢一铁总厂取消热筛工艺改造中的具体实践,并阐述了其实际应用效果。Based on the charactcristic of abandoning hot screen modification, three balances of sintering system were build up. And the ideal for system balance built up was proposed. The practice of abandoning hot screen modification in Masteel No. 1 Iron Making plant with this ideal was presented, and the effect was also introduced.
