摘　　要：对七十年代修建的没有图纸及技术资料的三层砖混楼房进行鉴定,分析地基及结构承载能力然后进行结构耐久评估,并在类似的情况下,用其同样的方法进行鉴定,消除使用老房屋的安全隐患的。Fix to set up to the 70＇ s of without diagram paper and technique data of three layer brick several- Storied buildings proceed to authenticate, analyzing foundation and constructions the loading the ability to then proceed the construction the enduring taking the gauge of, and under the similar circumstance, authenticate with its same method proceeding, dissolve what the safe of the old building in usage layer get.
