摘　　要：《反分裂国家法》施行后,两岸刑事司法协助活动在双方的竭诚努力下,将会蓬勃开展。为促进两岸共同的和平稳定,应当进一步廓清区际刑事司法协助的基础性问题、内容范围及实现途径。在完善内地中央刑事诉讼法的基础上,积极促进双边协议签订,将是一种有效途径。After the implication of ＂Anti-secession Law＂, Cross-strait judicial cooperation in combating crimes will be developed actively under the efforts from both sides. It is necessary to make rational studies on the foundational issues, the scope of contents and the approaches for its realization for the purpose of accelerating common peace and stability. Moreover, it will be an effective way for us to help to sign a bilateral agreement based on the perfection of criminal suitcases by inland central government.
