摘 要:作为一个新型的行业,物业管理在我国发展的速度非常快。进入21世纪,物业管理行业的发展更是遇到了千载难逢的大好机会。一方面,国家政策时服务业以及社区服务业发展的重视。另一方面,由于房地产业的蓬勃发展,人民生活水平的逐步提高等,物业管理服务市场的潜力巨大。本文旨在探讨和分析在这样的背景条件下,如何建立物业管理公司社区经营模式,从而使其在实现自己经营目标的同时,更好地为社区提供社会服务。As a new industry, real estate management in our country has been making a rapid development. Furthermore, real estate "management in the 21st century is getting a very rare chance for its development. On the one hand, government' s policies attach great importance to the development of service industry and community service industry. On the other hand, the market of real estate management service has great potential, owing to the booming of real estate industry and the improvement of people's living standard. Under such situation, my paper will do researches on how the real estate management company builds community management model, which not only enables itself to achieve its goals, but also provides better services for communities.
