摘　　要：反恐怖特种作战中的战术心理战,是在反恐怖特种作战中为达到战术目的而组织进行的心理战,是典型的战斗状态心理战类型的样式之一。由于此种心理战的作战对象心理状态与行为特点十分特殊,因此,在作战中要抓住其在战斗现场的心理状态与行为特点,根据战斗意图和战场环境与实际变化情况,灵活运用战术心理战方法,不失时机地组织实施战术心理战,这既是能否发挥战术心理战效能的关键,也是运用谋略、定下战斗决心的重要依据。The battle of tactical psychology in an anti-terrorism specific battle, organized for the purpose of achieving tactical aim in the battle, is one of the typical models of psychological state of mind under battle situation. Since the fighting target of this kind of psychological battle is so peculiar in its psychological condition and behavior characteristics that they should be made full use of during the battle. We should also flexibly apply methods of tactical psychological battle according to its fighting aim, environment of battle field and actual changes in circumstances, organize and implement tactical psychological battle timely, it is not only a decisive factor for giving full play to the effectiveness of tactical psychological battle, but an importance reference for utilizing strategies and making up mind to fight.
