摘　　要：本文用弹塑性理论对换热器液压胀管压力进行分析,导出了液压胀接后残余接触压力与胀接压力成正比的关系。提出了换热器液压胀接时胀接压力的选择方法。In this paper, the hydraulic expanding pressure for tube -tubesheet joints of heat exchangers is analyzed with elasticity -plasticity theory, and a proportional relationship of the residual contact pressure to the expanded pressure is derived after the heat exchangers is hydraulically expanded. A procedure is proposed to determine the expanding pressure for the heat exchangers to be hydraulically expanded.
