摘　　要：介绍磁化斜板除油沉淀器技术在济钢120t转炉连铸浊环水处理工艺中的应用,采用该工艺及技术,连铸水处理系统运行稳定,处理后悬浮物含量≤20mg/L,油含量≤5mg/L,是一套成熟完善、经济合理的工艺。The application of magnetized inclined plate de-oiling settler technology in the disposal process of continuous casting circulating turbid water from 120t converter of Jinan Iron ＆ Steel Co. was presented. Operation of the continuous casting water disposal system was stable after this technology was used. Content of the suspended substance was ≤20 mg/L and oil content was ≤5mg/L in the water disposed. This technology was perfect, economic and reasonable.
