摘  要:为解决油田复杂地层固井时的水泥浆漏失低返以及射孔和后续增产措施造成的水泥环脆裂(即二次窜流)问题,研制开发了以混杂短纤维为核心材料(F27A)的防漏增韧水泥浆体系,并对其防漏性能、水泥石的各种力学性能(抗折强度、抗冲击功和弹性模量)及水泥浆体系的工程性能进行了研究.室内研究证明:与加有胶乳、橡胶粉的水泥浆体系相比较,F27A防漏增韧水泥浆体系流变性能好、稠化曲线规范、稠化时间可调,自由水为零,水泥石抗压强度在20~26 MPa之间,不受地层水和温度的影响,具有更优异的防漏堵漏、增韧和抗冲击作用.此外,还进行了聚能射孔模拟试验、1口井打水泥塞堵漏现场试验和35口易漏井的固井施工,固井质量合格率为100%,优质率为94.3%.The leak protection and toughness-reinforcement cement slurry,in which chaotic short fibres-F27A are the core materials,was developed to prevent the slurry leaking in cementing operations and the cement mantle brittle rupturing,i.e.secondary channeling,in perforation and subsequent stimulations.Also,leak protection and different mechanical properties of this slurry,such as fracture resistance,shock resistance and Young's modulus,and engineering practices were studied.Laboratory researches indicated that the F27A slurry system had a favorable rheology,a normalized thickening plot,adjustable thickening time,no free water and compressive resistance of 20~26 MPa.Moreover,the formation water and temperature had no effects on the slurry.Compared with the latex and rubber cement slurries,the F27A slurry presented better on leak protection,sealing,toughness-reinforcement and shock resistance.The jet perforating simulated test,the sealing field trial in a well and the cementing operations in 35 wells were conducted.It was statistical that all operations were acceptable and 94.3% operations were excellent.
