摘 要:针对水泥石低温情况下强度发展缓慢,影响钻井周期的具体情况,研制开发了早强剂DZ-Z.DZ-Z由多种无机化合物和有机化合物按一定的比例复合而成,具有双重早强作用,它能明显地提高低温下水泥石的早期强度,并能改善水泥石结构,使之致密、渗透率降低.早强剂DZ-Z加量为0.5%~2.0%,适用温度为0~50℃,8 h水泥石抗压强度大于3.5 MPa,随着加量的增加,水泥石强度也迅速增长.同时,早强剂DZ-Z基本不影响浆体的流变性能,还可以根据现场施工所需时间的长短,用缓凝剂调节水泥浆稠化时间,但仍能使8 h抗压强度大于3.5MPa.现场应用表明,低温早强剂DZ-Z在低温条件下明显缩短了固井候凝时间,节约了钻井作业成本.Early strength agent of DZ-Z was developed because the growth of cement strength under the condition of low temperature was slow and thus prolonged the drilling period.DZ-Z is composed of many inorganic and organic compounds proportionally and presents dual early strength effect.It can improve the early strength of cement significantly under the condition of low temperature.And also the compact texture of cement can be improved and permeability decrease correspondingly.The appropriate concentration and temperature is 0.5%~2.0% and 0~50 ℃ respectively and 8 h compressive resistance is higher than 3.5 MPa.This resistance presents a rapid growth with the increase of DZ-Z concentration.Moreover,DZ-Z has a little effect on the rheology of slurry.Thickening time of slurry can be also controlled by the retardant according to the field practice and the compressive resistance above mentioned can still be assured.Field practices indicates that DZ-Z can reduce low temperature curing time significantly and thus cut the cost of drilling.
