摘  要:目的探讨先天性胎儿神经管畸形的发生机理以及超声诊断的应用价值。方法按产科中、晚期妊娠进行常规超声检查,筛查胎儿畸形,对具有高风险孕妇应从孕12w开始进行超声定期随访。结果2002年1月至2005年6月从受检孕妇的26637例中检出胎儿畸形182例,畸形发生率0.68%,其中先天性胎儿神经管畸形43例,占畸形总数23.63%,主要有脑积水、无脑儿、脑脊膜膨出、脊柱裂、小头畸形等类型。结论超声是诊断先天性胎儿神经管畸形的首选方法,通过超声产前筛查早发现、早诊断,及早终止妊娠,降低围产儿的死亡率和畸形儿的出生率,对优生优育而言,具有重要的意义。Obiective: Research the genesis mechanism of fetal congenital nerous tubal defects and applied cost of the ultrasonograghic diagnosis. Methods : According the medium - term and terminal obstetric gestation to taking ultrasonic inspection for the sake of screening fetus monstrosity, pregnant women who have high risk factors must take stated ultrasonic inspection from the twelfth week since fetation. Results: There are 182 fetal malformation be inspected in 26637 pregnant women from January 2002 to June 2005. The jncidene of fetal malformation is 0. 68%. Fetal congenital NTD are 43 cases, mostly contain hydrocephalus, anencephalia, meningoceles, spina bifida, mierocephalia, ect, occupy 23. 63% of the total. Conclusion: The ultrasonic inspection is the preferrod way to diagnose the fetal NTD. The deathrate of perinatal fetal and birthrate of the reduce, by mean of taking prenatal screening by the ultrasonic instrument to early discover, diagnose fetal malformation and stoped the fetation in time. That have very important meaning for the prenatal and postnatal care.
