摘　　要：外文文献采访是大型公共图书馆文献资源建设的重要组成部分,由于文献信息采访渠道、采访经费、采访人员等原因,使公共图书馆外文文献采访处境艰难,针对上述问题,提出应从扩大文献信息来源渠道、合理使用经费、培养人才等方面加以解决。Foreign document purchasing is an important portion of document resource building of large public libraries. However, we have to face many disadvantages such as low efficient document purchasing channel, limit funds and staff with insufficient training. Sound approaches been proposed in this thesis to the problems mentioned above are enlargement of document purchasing channel, reasonable use of the funds, enhancing training of relative persons and etc.
