摘　　要：短信服务(SMS)在通信产业中占据越来越重要的位置,短信息发布系统正是基于这种背景而发展。本文分析了短消息发布系统的结构,进行了硬件设计和软件设计,提出了基于WISMO2D的短消息发布系统的实现方法,并对其功能设计、主界面的实现、短信接收的实现、串口通信的实现、数据库的实现进行了描述。The short message services（SMS）in the communications industry occupies an increasingly important position,short dissemination system is based on this background and development.This article analysis the Structure of the short message releasing system,gives a hardware desigh and software design,and methods of carrying out the system based on the WISMO2D,and makes a description of its functional design,and the impliment of interfaces,the receiving short messages,Serial interface communication,and the database.
