关于湘西自治州实施PPT旅游发展战略的思考

摘　　要：贫困是湘西自治州州情最突出的特征之一,更是其发展市场经济最迫切需要解决的一个现实问题。以发展旅游业带动贫困地区脱贫致富,是近年来扶贫工作的创举,而英国国际发展局(DFID)提出的PPT旅游发展战略代表着旅游扶贫的新概念。本文结合湘西自治州州情,探讨了其实施PPT旅游战略的重要性和可行性,并有针对性的提出了相关发展对策。Poverty is one of the most projecting characteristics and a realistc problem needed to be solved immediately.Developing tourism to relieve poverty is an innovation in the work of helping the poor.And the DFID presented the Pro-Poor Tourism Developing Strategy is the representative of Poverty Relief by Tourism concept.Combining the realistic situation of the Prefecture,the paper expiores the importance to implement the PPT Tourism Developing Stratagy and its feasibility and then puts forward some related counterneasures.
