摘　　要：通过分析高速公路工程建设项目管理的需求,基于C/S和B/S混合模式,提出设计工程管理信息系统各功能模块的方案,同时分析VPN技术并利用VPN技术构造系统网络平台的方法,对高速公路工程建设项目管理具有重要的现实意义。By analyzing the demands for expressway project management, it is practical significance to put forward the system structure based on C/S and B/S mixed modes, and design the system function modules. Simulately, it is important to study the VPN technology and construct the system network platform by means of the VPN technology.
