摘　　要：我国加入WTO有顺序地开放电信业务市场,必须首先确立合理的价格机制,但目前我国在这方面的定量研究尚十分薄弱。针对电信互联的接入定价问题,本文首先系统地论述了8种定价方法,并指出各种方法的优缺点;然后分析比较了美国、加拿大、英国、澳大利亚等国家的接入定价实践,并根据我国的互联现状,提出了我国在完善互联体系方面的对策建议。China′s entry into the WTO is gradually opening telecommunications markets, so proper systems of prices should be firstly confirmed. Today, quantitative analysis on this problem is still very weak in China. Based on access pricing in telecommunications interconnection, this paper reviews eight pricing methods and their characters. Then, it compares pricing practices in such foreign countries as America, Canada, England, Australia, etc. Finally, this paper provides some suggestions to perfect the interconnection systems of China telecommunications.
