摘　　要：中国制造业迅猛发展和全球经济一体化促进了国际采购业在我国的兴起。北京构建国际采购中心,符合北京在国际区域合作中应有的地位和作用、符合北京市外贸工作的整体思路,能够带动北京及周边地区现代制造业、现代服务业的发展,对北京市经济发展具有重大意义。The great development of Chinese manufacturing industry and the world economic integration promote the emergence of international purchase industry in China. It is necessary for Beijing to construct the international purchase center, which confornls to the due status and function of Beijing in international regional cooperation, and conforms to the overall plan of Beijing＇s foreign trade program. It will bring along the growth of the modem manufacturing industry and modern service industry both in Beijing and in its adjacent areas, which is of great significance to Beiiing＇s economic develooment.
