摘  要:研究了不同的溶样方法对二氧化铀芯块粉末样品中Th和Ta等元素测定的影响;以校正Fe对B谱线干扰为例,探讨了元素间谱线干扰和多组分谱图拟合2种谱线干扰校正方法在谱线干扰校正中的应用;考察了温度和酸度对CL-TBP树脂色层分离铀和杂质元素的影响;探讨了内标元素法提高仪器测定精密度及B元素记忆效应的消除方法。Influence of different methods for dissolving samples on determination thorium and tantalum in uranium dioxide core are studied. According to correct iron to boron spectral line interfere, application of two methods (Inter-Element Correction and Multi-Component Spectral Fitting) in correcting spectral line interfere are discussed. The influence of temperature and acidity of solution on separating uranium and impurity elements by CL-TBP chromatography are examined. Improving instrument detection precision by adding internal standard element and the method of eliminating boron element memory effect are also investigated.
