摘 要:根据对国际电工委员会(IEC)制定的高压断路器关合试验标准的理解,对相控关合试验的相关要求进行了探讨, 包括试品开关上所加负荷情况以及试验方法和替代试验方法,详细分析了断路器由预击穿燃弧开始的短路关合过程, 引入了绝缘强度下降率及其变化率(即以外施电压波形最大斜率为基准的相对合闸速度),并分析了该变化率取不同值时关合过程中断路器所受的负荷情况(包括预燃弧时间、预燃弧能量及电动力等)及其表现出来的关合性能。分析结果对相控关合试验具有一定的指导意义。Based on the understanding of international standard IEC 62271-100 for high-voltage AC circuit-breakers, the authors give some general introduction to the requirements for synthetic making test, in which the stress put on the switching devices and methods (substitute methods) for making test are mainly included. The short circuit making process initiated from the pre-arcing between electrodes is analyzed in detail, the rate of decay of dielectric strength (RDDS) and its rate of change, i.e., KRDDS that means the relative switching-on speed on the basis of maximum slope of the applied voltage, are introduced. The different stress condition of circuit breaker under different value of KRDDS during the making process, such as pre-arcing duration, pre-arcing energy and electro-dynamic force, and the making performance of circuit breakers under these conditions are analyzed. The analysis results are available for reference to phase-control making tests.
