摘 要:介绍了一种新型的焊接磁搅拌装置,主电路采用全桥式双逆变结构,分别采用SG3525和SG3526作为一次逆变和二次逆变电路的PWM控制芯片。同时采用软启动电路防止浪涌电流,保护功率开关管。试验表明,该装置的参数调节范围大,操作方便。通过调节装置的频率、间歇时间和输出电流来控制铝合金MIG焊过程施加的磁场参数,有效地改善了铝合金的焊缝形貌。该装置适用于TIG焊、MIG焊、等离子弧焊等多种焊接方法的磁搅拌控制,应用前景广泛。A new type of welding electromagnetic stirring device was introduced in this paper. Main circuit had dual full bridge inverter structure. SG3525 and SG3526 chip were respectively used as PWM control units for one and two inverter circuits. To protect power switches, soft-starting circuit was designed to overcome the surge current. The test showed that the magnetic field added to MIG welding process for aluminum alloy could be controlled by regulating parameters of the device, intermittent time and output current to achieve good welds. This kind of device can be used in the electromagnetic stirring control of TIG, MIG, PAW etc, which has a good application prospect.
