摘 要:综述了国内外硝酸尾气治理的主要方法。对3种硝酸尾气处理方法的优缺点进行了比较,指出3种方法普遍存在较严重的硝酸损失及废气污染问题。详述了用碳化母液吸收硝酸尾气中的氮氧化物的原理及工艺过程。处理后的硝酸尾气中氮氧化物浓度远远低于国家标准,具有较大的环境效益和经济效益。The main approaches for the treatment of nitric acid tail gas at home and abroad are reviewed. The advantages and disadvantages of three ways are also presented and compared in detail The three existing nitric acid tail gas treating processes have severe nitric acid loss and waste gas pollution problem. The principle and the technological process of treatment of tail gas from the nitric acid plant by carbonization mother liquor are described in detail The nitric oxides content in nitric acid tail gas after treatment is far below the level of state standards. It has great environmental and economic benefit.
