摘 要:在实际的钻井过程中,如果出现井壁失稳现象,单纯提高钻井液的密度使井眼重新达到稳定状态,会造成其它方面的一些钻井工程问题,如压差卡钻、降低钻进速度等,更严重的是如果已经揭开了油气层,会对油气层造成更严重的伤害。是否可以通过调节钻井液的其它性能来达到井壁稳定的目的,为此收集了大港油田北大港断裂带、唐家河断鼻、南大港断块、板北断块、舍女寺断鼻等五个区块的现场钻井液性能参数及相应井段的井径数据,通过统计回归的方法研究了钻井液密度、粘度、API滤失量、滤饼厚度、排量与井眼扩大率之间的关系,分析了这些钻井液性能对井壁稳定的敏感性,得出钻井液的密度、API滤失量是影响井壁稳定性的敏感性因素,钻井液的粘度是次敏感性因素,滤饼厚度和排量是非敏感性因素的结论。When well-bore instability occurs in the drilling operation, solely raising the density of the drilling fluid to maintain hole stability may cause other drilling problems such as differential pressure sticking and slow drilling speed etc. Even worse, production formation can be contaminated more seriously once it is reached. Are there any chances to keep well-bore stability by adjusting other characteristic parameters of the drilling fluid To find the answer to this question, characteristic parameters of the drilling fluid being used on site and related caliper data were collected from North Dagang Faulted Zone, Tang's River Faulted Nose, South Dagang Faulted Block, Banbei Faulted Block and Shenusi Faulted Nose located in Dagang Oilfield. A study applying statistical regression analysis methods was conducted to find the relationships between drilling fluid density, drilling fluid viscosity, drilling fluid API filtration, mud cake thickness, discharge rate and hole enlargement rate. It was found that, in the issue of hole stability, drilling fluid density and drilling fluid API filtration are sensitive factors, drilling fluid viscosity is less sensitive, while mud cake thickness and discharge rate are non-sensitive. The result of this study provides more solutions in solving hole instability problem. Except by raising drilling density, well-bore stability can be maintained by controlling drilling fluid API filtration or raising the viscosity of the drilling fluid.
