摘　　要：目的:探索CO2激光治疗多发性血管平滑肌瘤的疗效;方法:以CO2激光烧灼、气化及打孔挤出囊内物破坏囊壁法分次治疗多发性血管平滑肌瘤瘤体;结果:经11次治疗瘤体消失,疼痛解除;结论:CO2激光烧灼、气化及打孔挤出囊内物破坏囊壁法分次治疗能治愈多发性血管平滑肌瘤,方法简便,疗效佳。Objective： This report on the multiple angioleiomyoma case was made to explore the therapeutic effect of treatment of multiple angioleiomyoma with CO2 laser; Method： Multiple angioleiomyoma was treated repetitiously with CO2 laser ablation, gasification and perforation to extrude the content and destroy capsule wall; Result; After eleven courses of treatment. tumor disappeared and pain was removed; Conclusion： It is a eonvenient and effective method to treat multiple angioleiomyoma repetitiously with CO2 laser ablation, gasification and perforation to extrude the content and destroy capsule wall.
