摘　　要：目的:研究幽门螺杆菌根除治疗二线方案。方法:通过对近期国内外研究结果回顾总结而找到幽门螺杆菌根除治疗二线方案。结果:通过对近期一些研究结果回顾总结,找到了一些二线方案,仅适应进一步推广及研究。结论:研究出幽门螺杆菌根除治疗二线方案,应具有简单、有效、根除率高(>90%),经济无毒的作用且无药物耐受性。Objective：To study the following project in radical cure of helicobacter pylori （HP）. Methods： Summarizing the recent findings home and abroad,and finding out the following project in radical cure of HP. Results：Some following projects were found out,which adapted to further spread and research. Conclusion：The following project in radical cure of HP should be simple, effective and economic, without toxicity and drug resistance.
