血液流变学指标与高血压因素的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨原发性高血压因素与血液流变学各项指标的关系及临床意义。方法:采用北京泰诺德BV-100悬丝式血液仪对250例高血压病人及140例健康人血液流变学指标进行检测,且同时测定血清胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)。结果:I期高血压患者血液流变各项指标无明显异常;而II、III期高血压患者血液流变学各项指标均异常,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01),且与病程和年龄呈正相关,其血清TC亦升高。结论:高血压与血液流变学异常有相关性。Objective：To access the correlation and clinical significamce of hemorheological parameters and the factor of patlents with hypertension, Methods： 250 cases with hypertension,140 healthy were studied on hemotheology. The level of TG and TC were measured at the same time. Results： All the indus of blood theology of Ⅱ ,Ⅲ group were evidently improved except for Ⅰ group, it compared with the normal controls have significant difference （P 〈0.01,P 〈0,05）, It was closely related to the onset and development of Ⅱ ,Ⅲ group in hypertension. The level of TC become high. Conclusions： Homotheology and the difference of hypertension have a correlation.
