摘  要:目的研究补肾生精丸对腺嘌呤所致生精细胞损伤模型大鼠的促生精作用。方法以腺嘌呤灌胃SD大鼠,诱发生精细胞损伤,制作肾阳虚大鼠模型,观察补肾生精丸给药前后实验动物精子活率、精子计数、精子指数,睾丸、附睾的脏器系数及睾丸组织形态学改变。结果补肾生精丸可提高生精细胞损伤大鼠精子质量;增加附睾的脏器系数;使受损的睾丸组织逐渐恢复。结论补肾生精丸对腺嘌呤诱发的大鼠生精细胞损伤具有保护作用。Objective To study the spermatopoietie effect of Bushenshengjing Pills on model rats with androgone lesion induced by adenine. Method The rat model was establish by giving adenine orally to SD rats to induce the androgone lesion. The survival rate, count, index of sperm, the coefficient of didymus, epididymis and histomorphological changes of didymus were observed before and after the administration of Bushenshengjing Pills. Result The quality of sperm in rats with androgone lesion was improved, coefficient of epididymis was increased and the damaged didymus tissue was recovered after the administration of Bushenshengjing Pills. Conclusion Bushenshengjing Pills can protect rats from androgone lesion induced by adenine.
