Evaluation on the Digestible Phosphorus of High Oil Corn, Corn Gluten Meal and Cotton Seed Meal for Growing Pigs

摘  要:选择4头平均体重为(40.5±1.0)kg,去势的杜×长二元生长公猪,采用4×4拉丁方设计,运用平衡试验法评定高油玉米、玉米蛋白粉、棉粕中可消化磷的含量。3种植物性饲料总磷表观消化率分别为:(28.84±4.58)%,(51.90±6.14)%,(25.46±1.88)%,总磷沉积率分别为:(23.88±4.83)%,(51.68±6.35)%,(24.91±2.61)%,表观可消化磷的含量依次为(%):0.054,0.247,0.271。试验结果表明:总磷水平并不能正确反映饲料磷的生物学价值,总磷的1/3作为有效磷也不能正确估计植物性饲料磷的利用率。4×4 Latin Square experiment by using 4 hybrid male growing pigs((40.5±1.0)kg, Duroc×Landrace) was conducted with balance trail to assess the contents of digestible phosphorus in high oil corn, corn gluten meal and cotton seed meal. The apparent digestibility of total phosphorus of the three feedstufts were (28.84±4.58)%, (51.90±6.14)% and (5.46±1.88)%. The retention of total phosphorus were (23.88±4.83)%, (51.65±6.35)% and (24.91±2.61)%, and the contents of apparent digestible phosphorus were 0.054%, 0.247% and 0.271%. The results showed that the total phosphorus levels of feedstufts could not reflect the biological value of phosphorus correctly, and the available phosphorus also could not appraise the use efficiency of phosphorus in the plant feedstuffs correctly.
